You know how people always claim weird foreign names that sound funky, but you always wonder if they're true? Well, I've learned that at least some times they are.
We have a woman working for us now from India. Her surname is, I swear to God, Dikshit. And yes, it's pronounced EXACTLY as it's spelled. Thank God it's not her first name, because I'd never make it through a conversation with her.
BTW, she appears to have no clue as to the humorous and crude nature of her name, which makes it all the funnier.
